ChildLink-MA is a France-registered nonprofit association with operational activities focused on Morocco. The initiative supports families, caregivers, educators, and community actors concerned with early childhood development, neurodevelopment, inclusive education, and access to reliable child development guidance.

The association was created to respond to a concrete gap faced by many families in Morocco: when a child presents developmental, communication, learning, behavioral, or social-emotional differences, parents and caregivers often struggle to find clear, reliable, accessible, and culturally appropriate information. This challenge is particularly important in multilingual environments and in contexts where neurodevelopmental differences may still be associated with stigma, lack of orientation, or limited access to specialized support.

ChildLink-MA works at the intersection of early childhood development, family support, inclusive education, digital health, accessibility, and responsible technology. The initiative focuses on children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, communication challenges, and other neurodevelopmental or early childhood support needs.

The initiative aims to:

• improve access to understandable and evidence-informed information for parents and caregivers;
• support early identification and appropriate referral without replacing medical, educational, or therapeutic professionals;
• provide practical resources that respect the dignity of every child;
• encourage inclusive education and community-based support;
• reduce stigma around neurodiversity and developmental differences;
• build bridges between families, educators, clinicians, civil society actors, and institutions;
• explore responsible, human-led, multilingual digital and AI-based tools to support safe access to information and family orientation.

ChildLink-MA does not frame children with disabilities or neurodevelopmental differences as problems to be solved. Its approach is based on dignity, inclusion, accessibility, safety, ethics, and respect for the central role of families.

A key component of the initiative is the development of accessible and multilingual digital support resources for parents and caregivers in Morocco. These resources are intended to help families better understand developmental milestones, recognize situations where professional evaluation may be needed, prepare for consultations, access inclusive education information, and identify practical ways to support children in daily life.

Through the AU ECED-FLN Cluster Platform, ChildLink-MA seeks to connect with organizations, experts, policymakers, educators, professionals, and community actors working on early childhood development, foundational learning, inclusion, and responsible innovation across Africa.

The long-term objective is to contribute to an inclusive ecosystem where every child, including children with developmental, learning, or communication differences, can benefit from earlier understanding, better family support, appropriate referral, and stronger opportunities to participate in family, school, and community life.
