Teacher Effectiveness in Africa: Longitudinal and Causal Estimates

This paper estimates teacher effectiveness using longitudinal data from a school-based RCT in northern Uganda. It examines the impact of teacher effectiveness and training on early reading outcomes in early primary grades.
